TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS

RESIDENT

Full use of all facilities. Required to purchase one (1) share of Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club Stock.

Initiation fee of $500. Monthly dues are $150 a month.

INTERMEDIATE

Full use of all facilities. Must be at least 21 years old and less than 36. Initiation fee of $500. Monthly dues are $135 a month. Intermediate members are required to change to a full resident member on their 36th birthday and purchase one share of stock.

SOCIAL

Use of facilities except tennis courts (may take tennis lessons from tennis pro). Must be at least 21 years old. No stock purchase required. Initiation fee of $500. Monthly dues are $95 a month.

ASSOCIATE

Full use of all facilities. Available to any current member in good standing of Shreveport Petroleum Club, Northwood Country Club or Indoor Racket Club. No initiation fee required. Monthly dues are $150 a month. Monthly billing is through the associate club.

DINING

Use of all dining areas. hlitiation fee of $100. Monthly dues are $57. No stock purchase required.

NON-RESIDENT

Full use of all facilities. Available to members residing outside a 50-mile radius of Pierremont Oaks. Initiation fee of $500. Monthly dues of $1 00. No stock purchase required.

Full use of all facilities. Initiation fee of$50.00. Monthly dues are $250.00 [may be prorated] At the end of the summer season this membership may be dropped with no further obligation or continued through any other membership category, simply by assumption of appropriate monthly dues charges. No other initiation is required, however a stock purchase obligation would apply for resident status

NOTE:

All applications require the signature of two (2) Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club members and must be approved by the Board of Directors. Sales tax of 8.6% will be automatically added to initiation fees and monthly dues. Check must accompany the application for initiation fee and one month dues.

PRIVATE PARTY STOCK PURCHASE

In the 40 years that Pierremont Oaks TeIlllis Club has been in existence, several stockholders have resigned as active members but still own stock in Pierremont Oaks TelUlis Club that they would like to sell. The Board of Directors has instructed that the General Manager make available to prospective members a list of resigned members who wish to sell Pierremot Oaks TeIlllis Club Stock. All stock purchases made as a result of information obtained from this list must be negotiated between the parties involved without direction from Pierremont Oaks Temlis Club.

Prior to purchasing a share of stock, contact the office to verify that it is a valid share of Pierremont Oaks stock. Potential stockholders must meet all membership requirements of Pierre mont Oaks Tennis Club as outlined in the Club By-Laws prior to membership being granted.
